Thank you for shopping with Third Supply. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for every customer. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and handling before shipment.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Mountain Daylight Time) may begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or sales events.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address, chosen shipping method, and order total.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Destinations

Third Supply currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders placed with international addresses will be canceled and refunded automatically.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. Third Supply is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Third Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely and ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery.


Address Changes & Order Adjustments

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes to the shipping address or order details.
Please verify all shipping information carefully before submitting your order.


Delivery Issues or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Email thirdsupplybrand@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description so we can review and assist.
